How much horse power could I gain from a cold air intake on a Honda Accord 4 Cylinder?

My honda accord 4 Cylinder has terrible acceleration and response for the gas pedal. Can a air intake system help this problem. Will I notice the difference. The car is completely stock. Is there any cheap upgrades that can make my car perform maybe average instead of below average and still keep the good mpg. I heard about performance plugs. Do those help I am not a car person at all.How much horse power could I gain from a cold air intake on a Honda Accord 4 Cylinder? Not much, the best cold air intake system for your car would give you an upgrade of about 4-6 hp, being your accord probably v-tec. i must also guess you have a auto tranny because with a m-t an accord is not a sluggish vehicle. A exhaust system, good spark plugs(iridium, bosch platinum 4, etc etc) an ignition system, and a nice clean like qmi 3 steps cleaner would be ideal, consider those also. To start, the intake system is good considering the bang for the buck factor. How much horse power could I gain from a cold air intake on a Honda Accord 4 Cylinder?those garbage can extras will not give you anything positive//you will get less gas mileage only its a shame that this kind of bull-pappy has anybody that goes for it//you cannot alter the timing/fi openings or trans shift points anything that alters performance with this sham junk//keep your car to the engineers specs and thats itHow much horse power could I gain from a cold air intake on a Honda Accord 4 Cylinder?better plugs/wires will give you the most noticable gains in mpg and horsepower but not much. putting an aftermarket exhaust can help horsepower and mpg also. a coldair intake might increase you horsepower by 5 at the most 10How much horse power could I gain from a cold air intake on a Honda Accord 4 Cylinder?
