My neighbor put tons of songs on my iPod touch for my dad. My father wanted music to play in his car for the long drives he takes. We tried to hook up this iPod to his 2007 Honda Accord, but we can't figure out how.

Most Car audio shop has special wired Fm Modulators that can hook up directly to your factory radio through your antenna and those work pretty good... if your honda has bluetooth (which I seriously doubt it) and you specifically have an Ipod 4g then you can connect it through bluetooth .

i found a site that sells adapters but it seems labor intensive.
But it will provide the best quality sound.
The easiest will be a fm modulator and it will send the signal to your fm radio.
Sound quality should be ok. I never heard one myself so i can say for sure
