I know that Honda is a private company but why?Why is Honda a private and not a public company?They also don't want major stock holders making company decisions that have no clue how an auto/mc company actually should be run.Why is Honda a private and not a public company?It's traded in the US as HMC with a $36 billion market cap.
Anyway, a lot of big companies are not publicly traded. eg Bechtel, Facebook.
Why, they don't need the money from investors.
