The current Chinese offering of the famed Honda Monkey bike are reportedly very good. There are 2nd hand Monkies for sale, but the asking prices are around 拢2000 sterling and that is a rip off.
I am also looking for one, so if you find 2 let me know.
Try MCN the British m/c paper they have website, so try www.mcn.co.uk that might get you there.
You could also put an add in to the MCN.
As far as licencing you would need to contact your local authority.
