What car should i trade my honda accord with?

I got my brand new accord 2008 and i dont even have 12000 miles on it and the back brakes are all ready worn out i dont even drive my car. the dealership said it was because the new break pads are soft w/e. so i was thinking of either getting an

1.acura TL even though honda makes it

2. cadillac cts

You still need to fix the brake pads on the accord before you can trade it in though. See if the warranty covers it and then you can decide if you really want to keep it or trade it in.
