Anyone know why my Honda Accord dies when i let off the gas pedal?

I have an 89 Honda accord and we have replaced alot of items on the car, plugs, wires, axles, tie rod ends, brakes, needless to say the whole front end. Our next item is that when we are steady driving with the gas pedal down the car runs wonderful. However when we stop at a light or anytime we take off the gas pedal the car dies. We are not sure why this is happening. Does anyone have a clue?Anyone know why my Honda Accord dies when i let off the gas pedal?its a idle air control motor or valve replace that and your problem will be corrected you car is fuel injected i see this problem all the time on fuel injected cars
