What kind of oil should I use in a 2000 Honda Civic LX?

The owner's manual encourages me to get specially formulated oil from Honda, but it's just a plain old civic and it doesn't give me any idea on whether I should go 5w30 or 10w30 or whatever.What kind of oil should I use in a 2000 Honda Civic LX?dude i always use castrol. its the best. use 5w-30 it is what nost cars today call for. use high millage if you have high miles, it really helps.What kind of oil should I use in a 2000 Honda Civic LX?They don't make those suggestions for no reason.
