if no engine and transmission to fix, just repaint the car, "wash over" no stripping the orig paint just sand it smooth then apply new paint of same color..

clean the interior,

make sure all wirings are in good condition,

if engine needs major repair, try to find a good mechanic.



it will not be called or considered as brand new.

it is either remanufactured or just call it "BORN AGAIN"
