2001 honda civic dx will start but wont shift to any gears why?

2001 honda civic dx it will start but when trying putting it into gear the clutch pedal goes all the way to the floor and it wont go into any shift... can anyone tell me whats wrong with my car?2001 honda civic dx will start but wont shift to any gears why?Try bleeding your clutch. Same problem with my car. And bleeding it helps.2001 honda civic dx will start but wont shift to any gears why?Shut the engine off and try running through the gears. If it shifts fairly easy (with a little resistance) then either your clutch is shot, or your master and slave cylinder need bleeding or rebuilding.2001 honda civic dx will start but wont shift to any gears why?either your master clutch cylinder or slave clutch cylinder is leaking and has no fluid. Find where your master clutch cylinder is(it should be empty, which is why you clutch pedal dropped to the floor), pour BRAKE FLUID (yes clutch fluid uses brake fluid also), then start pumping on the clutch pedal until you get pressure, should take like 10-15 pumps.

after you get this done, go get your master and slave checked for leaks.

so hurry get some brake fluid and pour it into your master CLUTCH cylinder and start pumping your clutch and go get it checked out!
