What foods for a raclette/gourmet party?

We were given a raclette (or gourmet) set last Christmas but have yet to use it. On the Continent you can get specially prepared meat/fish/veg packs specifically for the gourmet but I don't think such things exist here in the UK. What foods should we buy to have a gourmet/raclette party? Apart from raclette cheese, of course.

True raclette as eaten in Switzerland is served with small boiled potatoes that when you eat with the cheese goes really well. Also, cornichons are always served in a traditional raclette meal. Thes are small sweet pickles which adds great contrast to the cheese. What foods for a raclette/gourmet party?
I absolutely love raclette. When I made some I would use boiled potatoes, any cold cuts (prosciutto) thin sliced, any sort of salami, ham that you prefer and the raclette cheese. On the side always a nice green leaf salad to finish the meal. Always put the cheese on top of potatoes when melting because the rest does not need warming. What foods for a raclette/gourmet party?
Just do really unique fancy things.
