Raclette? Has anyone got some good recipes? Especially sweet ones, thanks.?

Sweet raclette?.

Do you mean fondue?

Raclette actually means 'scrape'. You heat the cheese in front of an open fire and as it melts scrape it over boiled potatoes. You can add ground pepper and sweet or hot paprika to it and serve pickles as a side dish. You could, possibly try scraping the melted cheese over slices of pear, in an approximation of an accompaniment to a Basel cheese fondue.

These days you can get on table top grill. You put slices of raclette cheese in an individual pan, place it under the grill and when it melts you spread it over the potatoes etc. - see above.Raclette? Has anyone got some good recipes? Especially sweet ones, thanks.?
