Can any one give me some nice tips for raclette grill?

Yes, I sell them( Swissmar brand).

They're very EZ to use.

What problems are you having?

Grill you meat, sausage or veggies on the top.

The plates on the bottom are for the Raclette cheese( Use either Swiss or French and preferably "raw milk" if you can find( usually the French is automatically raw milk).

A few minutes before the top items are done, place a piece of cheese in each of the bottom plates and have it melt.

After it melts, slide the cheese into a plate and top it off with the veggies ( meats are usually served along side). Can any one give me some nice tips for raclette grill?
Read "Heidi" In that book, Heidi's grandfather used to boil potatoes and vegetables and then sit in front of the open fireplace with a large round of raclette cheese and hold the cut side of the cheese towards the fire and when it started to melt he would scrape the melting cheese off onto the platter full of potatoes and cooked veggies. What a wonderful picture in one's mind.

There are raclette grills available for restaurant and home. The restaurant ones hold the cheese on nails over a heating element and the server delivers the platters of cooked veg and it is up to the patron to scrape the melting cheese. The home ones look interesting. It is fun to do with a group of friends or family not unlike a cheese fondue.
