Than it depends on electronics and boost. If ECU isn't mapped correctly, engine won't last long and other way around.
It also depends on how would you drive your car and take care of it...
Bottom line, mileage can't be really granted about any tuning of a car. What is the highest mileage on a honda engine to be turbo charged? It is not a good idea to put a turbocharger on a car that does not have a performance motor in it...like a Civic. That motor was not built with performance in mind. It was built to reliable and fuel efficient. If you want to put a turbocharger on it then you need to build the motor to support it. Lower the compression ratio and put forged internals in it. Otherwise you are going to spend a few thousand dollars to blow your motor. Keep in mind that you must upgrade the transmission to handle the added power or it will blow out as well.
