What is the easiest way to change this mount on a honda?

I need to change my rear mount on my EF(1989) Honda Civic and I know i can take my intake manifold off and get to it real easy but is there another way to change the mount that requires less work so i don't have to take it off? i don't know if it makes a difference but i have a bseries motor in it.
