1991What has been the best and most reliable model year for Honda?I would say 2000. That was the last year of the 6th generation Civic, a fairly simple machine that has evolved from the front double wishbone architecture used long before. It handled excellently and could be tuned to handle even better. 2000's are no different from their 1999 counterparts, but its just odd to say 1999. The D-series engines had no problems, with or without vtec.
Of course, I also think the current 8th gen is a lot better quality, but I don't know about reliability as it is too soon to tell. It probably is too. What has been the best and most reliable model year for Honda?
