Currently I have a 5 speed automatic 4 door 2007 Honda Accord 2.4L in-line 4. I want to change just the transmission to a 6-speed manual. Thanks. Also where can i get it changed? How much will it cost to change my 5 speed automatic transmission to a 6 speed manual in my 2007 Honda Accord? If you want to do it, you will need a manual transmission(cost about $1200 on ebay-used), Manual ECU (could up to $1200 but if you can find a used one it could be around $250 or less), and wire harness. As for installation, it could cost up to $ 3500 depending on the shop. Most shop will not do it unless you can find an import tuner shop. Import tuner shops can do it and they have experience in swapping engines and transmissions. Personally, I will not swap transmissions. It costs to much. It is better to sell it and buy a car with 6 speed manual.
This site may help you in the process of swapping transmissions.

Not only do you need the transmission but you need to replace the brake pedal (the pedal on the automatic is too large, no room for the clutch pedal), install the clutch pedal and master cylinder, change out the center console to the one that comes with the standard transmission, replace the computer, and possibly replace the half shafts.
Getting it done professionally could easily exceed $6,000, and you'd still have a bastard vehicle. It would cost FAR less to simply sell what you have and buy what you want.
